Where do you find courage to lift your burdens away?

Everything in life has burdens, whether you are rich or poor. We can either recognize the difference between burdens that are truly ours to bear and those that aren’t, or we can face the burden and suffer for it.

So how do you find your courage in those times? Do you turn to your family? Do you ask for help from people you think will be able to encourage you in those difficult times? Or do you ask God for help? Help to give your strength, help to give you courage to go through it. 

God is merciful, even to the unworthy. He will not lift them off our shoulders, but rather give us strength to bear them until we have finished our course.

In the spirit of a fresh start, I challenge you to pick up a heavy object and lift it up. Now, do the same with a light object—anything from your couch to a feather! And remember that God is lifting these burdens with you and giving you the strength and courage to do so.

God is lifting heavy burdens and giving you strength to carry them. So don't let anything weigh you down but instead use it as a strength-builder.

Psalm 55:22 ‘’Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you, he will never permit the righteous to be moved.’’

God knows we can handle it, so don’t worry about it.
